MY Favorite Cookie Recipe
For those who have bought this board from us- you know the history behind it. For those who have not- it has a special meaning.
All my life I grew up LOVING my Mom's own chocolate chip cookies. I fought tooth and nail from childhood into adulthood trying to get the recipe from her to no avail.
"It was a secret"
in 1998; About a year before she passed away ( too young at age 56) she knew we were visiting and she knew the way to my heart! I begged her one last time and she said " OK- You can have it" I giggled like a school girl! And so did she..." Turn the bag over" she said- pointing to the bag of Nestle Toll House Morsels. Really??
Yes- some say it was like an episode from Friends- But it's not to me- this is my special memory to share with all of you of my Mom.
